1 can packaged cinnamon rolls
½ cup chopped pecans
⅓ cup brown sugar
¼ cup sour cream
2 Tablespoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon maple flavor (or vanilla)
Pull apart muffins made from packaged cinnamon rolls
Heat oven to 375, spray 4 large muffin tin cups with Pam
In large bowl mix sugar, pecans, sour cream, butter, and flavoring.
Cut cinnamon rolls into bite sized pieces - quarters for small rolls.
Add dough to pecan mixture and toss gently to coat. Spoon into muffin tin.
Bake 25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan and top with icing.
